Thank you for joining the Dr Amy Law VIP Membership. Your subscription begins on the first day of payment and will run for a minimum of 12 months, giving you access to a carefully designed programme of treatments and benefits to support your skin health and aesthetic journey.

Booking Your Treatments

· Appointments can be booked online through our Online Booking Platform or via contacting our PA Heather.

· Treatments included in your membership are exclusive to you and tailored to your chosen membership plan.

· Please ensure you book your treatments in advance to secure your preferred times, as availability cannot be guaranteed at short notice.

Payments

· Payments are collected automatically each month from the card used at sign-up, on the same calendar date.

· Your monthly payments cover the cost of your membership benefits. No additional payments are required at the time of booking unless you choose to purchase additional services or products.

· Membership is a 12-month commitment. If you wish to cancel before the end of your term, the outstanding balance for the remainder of the year will become payable in full.

Appointment Policies

· We kindly request a minimum of 2 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

· Cancellations with less than 2 days’ notice, or non-attendance, will incur a £50 fee, which will be charged to the card linked to your subscription.

· Repeated missed appointments may result in suspension of membership privileges.

No Deposit Required Skin Gym Members

· As part of your Skin Gym membership, no deposits are required for appointments. We trust our members to attend their scheduled treatments.

Membership Cancellation / Failure to Pay

· Failure to maintain monthly payments may result in removal of membership benefits and may lead to recovery proceedings for the outstanding balance.

· Should you wish to cancel your membership, please email [email protected]. Any remaining membership fees will be requested upfront.

Getting Started

· Skin Gym Members: We recommend beginning with an initial skin consultation and tailored treatment plan so we can guide you towards the best results. Please bring details of your current skincare routine (or photos of the products you use).

· Toxin Members: You may also book a free skincare consultation alongside your Botox treatment via the Online Booking Page or via our PA Heather.

Important Information

· Treatments are non-transferable and must be used by the member only.

· Treatments included in your membership must be used during the membership period and cannot be rolled over into the following year.

· Membership benefits and inclusions are subject to change, but any adjustments will be communicated clearly in advance.
