FAQ's
How long is the membership?
Each membership runs for 12 months. Treatments must be taken within this period and cannot be carried over into the following year.
What’s included in my plan?
Each plan has a set number of treatments per year, regular skin reviews, and member-only benefits such as skincare discounts. Full details are listed under each plan.
Can I cancel my membership?
Memberships are non-refundable and run for the full 12 months. However, in exceptional medical circumstances, please contact the clinic directly.
What if I miss or cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being forfeited and a £50 cancellation charge.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and must be used only by the named member.
Do I need a consultation before joining?
Yes. All new members receive a full consultation and skin scan to tailor the plan to their needs.
Can I upgrade my membership later?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher-tier membership at any point during your 12-month plan. Speak to your therapist to arrange this.
How do the discounts work?
All memberships include 10% off premium and prescription skincare products at Dr Amy Law Clinics. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

Can I add extra treatments to my plan?
Yes — members can book additional treatments at their exclusive discounted rate.
